4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Account Creation

4.3 Account Security

4.4 Account Restrictions

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.2 Withdrawal Process

You may request withdrawals of funds from Your Account balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and fulfillment of any applicable wagering requirements for bonus funds. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. The maximum daily withdrawal limit is Rp 100,000,000, though higher limits may be available for VIP members. Withdrawal requests are processed Monday through Sunday, with typical processing times of 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on verification requirements and withdrawal amount. 5.4 Currency and Exchange

If You deposit funds in a foreign currency, they will be converted to IDR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction. king89 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or conversion fees imposed by Your bank or payment provider. 6. Bonuses and Promotions

king89 may offer bonuses, promotions, free bets, and other incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. By accepting any bonus, You agree to comply with all applicable bonus terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, time restrictions, and withdrawal conditions. Failure to comply with bonus terms may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds.

Unless otherwise stated, bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times (typically 10x to 30x the bonus amount) before the bonus funds and associated winnings become withdrawable. Different game types may contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements (for example, slots may contribute 100% while table games contribute 10%). king89 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel bets, and confiscate winnings if bonus abuse is detected, including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses, using prohibited betting strategies to clear wagering requirements, or colluding with other Users. king89 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to bonus terms will apply to future bonuses but will not retroactively affect bonuses already claimed unless fraud or abuse is detected. 7. Betting Rules and Game Integrity

7.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on king89 are final once confirmed. You are responsible for reviewing Your bets for accuracy before confirming them. king89 is not liable for user error in bet placement. Bets may only be placed using available funds in Your Account balance. Credit betting is not permitted. 7.2 Sports Betting

In the event of abandoned, postponed, or canceled events, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless otherwise specified in the sport-specific rules. Live in-play betting is subject to slight delays to allow for fair odds adjustment. king89 is not liable for technical issues or internet latency that may affect live bet placement. 7.3 Casino Games

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF KING89 PARTIES TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, WARRANTY, OR OTHERWISE) EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO KING89 IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND INDONESIAN RUPIAH (RP 100,000), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE. KING89 DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICE OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. 11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which king89 is licensed and operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any dispute relating to these Terms or Your use of the Service shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the jurisdiction where king89 is licensed, rather than in court, except that You may assert claims in small claims court if Your claims qualify.

You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, king89 may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights, prevent unauthorized access to the Service, or address violations of these Terms that pose an immediate threat to the integrity of the Service or the rights of other Users.

12. General Provisions

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between You and king89 regarding Your use of the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements, whether written or oral, regarding such subject matter.

12.2 Severability

12.4 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate Your rights or obligations under these Terms without king89's prior written consent. king89 may assign, transfer, or delegate these Terms or any rights or obligations hereunder at any time without notice or consent, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, or sale of assets.

12.5 Force Majeure

king89 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, earthquakes, accidents, strikes, fuel shortages, or failures of telecommunications or internet infrastructure.
